Born on March 23, 1958, into a distinguished family in Uttar Pradesh, Shri Saxena’s academic journey led him to graduate from Kanpur University in 1981, where he also acquired a Pilot Licence. His career commenced as an Assistant Officer in Rajasthan with the esteemed JK Group. Over the span of 11 years, he garnered invaluable experience within the White Cement plant of the conglomerate, eventually assuming the role of General Manager in 1995, entrusted with overseeing the ambitious Port Project in Gujarat. His ascent within the organization saw him ascend to the position of CEO and subsequently, Director of the Dholera Port Project.
