Empire Nexus, a renowned name in the two-wheeler industry, has introduced another innovative model under its brand. The company recently launched two variants of the Empire Nexus electric scooter in the Indian market – EX and ST. Bookings for these electric scooters began last month, and deliveries are scheduled to start around May 15. The Empire Nexus is the company’s first premium scooter in the market, promising top-notch features and performance.

Empire Nexus, also known as NXG, is the production version of the scooter showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo. The company proudly states that the entire manufacturing process, from design to production, is done entirely in India. This scooter is a testament to India’s capability in innovation and technology. It comes with 12-inch alloy wheels and aluminum grab handles for a sturdy and stylish design, along with a spacious seat for comfortable rides.
Impressive Range with Single Charge
The Empire Nexus electric scooter is powered by a 3 kWh LFP battery pack, offering an impressive range of 136 kilometers on a single charge. With the addition of a PMS motor to the battery pack, the scooter delivers a nominal output of 3.3 kW or 4.42 bhp, while its peak output reaches 4kW or 5.3 bhp. It offers four ride modes – Eco, City, Power, and Limp Home, along with a reverse mode. The company claims a top speed of 93 kmph for this electric scooter.
Pricing of Empire Nexus Electric Scooter
The EX variant of the Empire Nexus electric scooter is priced at ₹1.10 lakh ex-showroom, while the ST variant is priced at ₹1.20 lakh. These prices are introductory, and after the introductory period, the prices of these scooters will increase by ₹10,000.
