Face Exercise 1
Make a V shape with your index finger and middle finger.
Now start from between your eyes and massage the entire forehead in a circular motion.
You have to do this while keeping your fingers in a V shape.
Now raise your eyebrows upwards and keep massaging in the same motion.
This will reduce the signs of aging.
You can do one more exercise while making a V shape with your fingers.
This will help you in removing dark circles.
For this, you have to keep your index finger and middle finger in a V shape and on the edge of the eyes.
Now rotate the eyeballs from right to left and left to right.
You have to do this 20 times.
After this, close your eyes and relax.
Initially do not do this 20 times otherwise you may feel slight pain in the eyes.
This exercise is beneficial for the eye muscles and reduces dark circles.
Face Exercise 2
For this, breathe through your mouth.
You have to puff up your cheeks by filling them with air.
Hold it for 10 seconds.
Now take the air to the right cheek.
Hold it for 10 seconds.
After this, take the air towards the opposite cheek.
Here also you have to hold for 10 seconds.
After this, exhale.
This increases the blood flow in the skin of the face.
It is effective in reducing acne, blemishes and skin infections.
