Bajaj Auto is all set to launch the new model of the Bajaj Pulsar 220F in the Indian market. This model was discontinued by Bajaj Auto earlier. It was replaced by the new Pulsar 250F. However, due to high demand in the bike market, the company had to reintroduce this bike. Bajaj reintroduced this bike in the market in 2023. Now, the updated model of this bike is being rolled out by the company. It has already reached dealership stores before the official launch.
What’s New in the Updated Model?
The 2024 Bajaj Pulsar 220F comes with several new features. The most significant change is in its display. The previous model of Pulsar 220F had a digital-analog display, while the updated model comes with an LCD screen. This model from Bajaj is quite similar to the Pulsar N160. Additionally, Bluetooth connectivity feature has been added to this bike. Along with that, a USB charging socket has also been installed in the bike.
Powertrain of the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar 220F
Bajaj Auto hasn’t made any significant changes to the powertrain of the updated model of Pulsar 220F. This bike features a 220cc air/oil-cooled motor, delivering 20.4 hp of power and generating 18.5 Nm of torque. A 5-speed gearbox is paired with this motor. The Bajaj Pulsar is one of the highest-selling bikes.
Price of the New Model
The updated model of Bajaj Pulsar comes with several new features, resulting in an increase in its price. The price of the 2024 Bajaj Pulsar 220F is Rs. 2500 higher than the previous model. The ex-showroom price of the Bajaj Pulsar 220F is Rs. 1,38,560. Depending on the region, with the addition of Rs. 2500, the updated model’s ex-showroom price will be around Rs. 1.41 lakhs.
