Tata Motors has expanded its popular subcompact SUV Tata Nexon with three new Smart variants – Petrol (O) Petrol, Smart Plus Diesel and Smart Plus S Diesel. The base price of these variants is Rs 79,000 (ex-showroom). Read more about these guys here.

Nexon Smart(O) Petrol: Rs 799,000
Nexon Smart Petrol: Rs 8.15 lakh
Nexon Smart Plus Petrol: Rs 9.2 million

Nexon Smart Plus S Diesel: Rs 980,000 (Price of this variant is yet to be announced)
These additions make the diesel model more accessible, reduce the base price by Rs 16,000 over the previous model and provide customers with more choice.

Nexon Smart Plus Petrol: Similar to the Smart Petrol, but with additional features such as a single-pane sunroof, automatic headlights and rain-sensing wipers.

Nexon Diesel: Equipped with a 1.5 liter diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 115 HP and 260 Nm of torque, as well as a 6-speed manual transmission.

Priced between Rs 79,000 and Rs 1,580,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Tata Nexon competes with popular models like Mahindra XUV 3XO, Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite.
