Job Description:

Location: Noida

Experience: 6-8 Years

As an MCR Operator at ABP Network, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our live news channels. Your duties will include:

1. Managing Live News Channels:

• Take charge of live news channels, ensuring seamless transmission and broadcast quality.

2. Evaluating Video and Audio Performance:

• Assess the quality and performance of video and audio reception, production, and transmission.

3. Monitoring Signal Strength and Clarity:

• Monitor incoming and outgoing signals for strength, clarity, and reliability, making adjustments as needed to maintain broadcast quality.

4. Playing and Recording Broadcast Programs:

• Utilize automation systems to play and record broadcast programs efficiently.

5. Previewing Scheduled Programs:

• Preview scheduled programs to ensure signals are functioning correctly and programs are ready for transmission.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

1. Knowledge of Technological Developments:

• Stay updated with current technological developments and trends in the broadcasting industry.

2. Understanding of Broadcast Operations:

• Familiarity with broadcast operations, especially in leading news channels, is essential.

3. Familiarity with FCT & NON FCT Operations:

• Understanding of both FCT (Fixed Channel Transmission) and NON FCT operations is preferred.

4. Mastery of Master Control Equipment:

• Proficiency in operating master control equipment and adherence to procedures relevant to the assigned area.
